Highway To Mexico!
Beginning March 29th CEO Stephen Woodburn and Operations Manager Tim Ljuden will make the roughly 4,700km trip from Grande Prairie to Mazatlan, Mexico, to donate a 2002 ambulance to a Mexican Fire Department. Called "Highway To Mexico" this is a cooperative initiative that we are participating in with Rotary Peace River.

APL to Provide Emergency Medical Services for Woodland Cree First Nation
Advanced Paramedic Limited (APL) has recently been awarded the Alberta Health Services (AHS) contract to provide Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for Woodland Cree First Nation (WCFN) based out of Cadotte Lake, AB. It has been 19 years since APL CEO Stephen Woodburn made his first presentation in an effort to provide EMS services to WCFN.

Government Contract To Make Small-Town Paramedic Company Alberta’s Largest Air Ambulance Medical Crew Provider
After several months of negotiations, Alberta Health Services (AHS) has awarded Advanced Paramedic Ltd. (APL) a 10-year contract to be the primary provider of emergency medical staff for air ambulance services in High Level and Fort Vermilion, AB. This news comes just months after AHS’s announcement that APL will resume similar operations in Peace River, AB, and add Grande Prairie, AB, to its service area.
